It’s hard to put into words the difference Chrissy’s treatments made to me. After 5 tumultuous years including becoming a parent, the pandemic, the death of my dad, a change of careers, a house move and 7 miscarriages including 3 rounds of IVF - it’s safe to say my nervous system was shot. My husband and I were desperate for another child but IVF just wasn’t working and I was in complete shut down mode. Chrissy was recommended to me and I had weekly sessions over the course of a menstrual cycle. After the first two sessions I had what some would class a ‘healing crisis’ where I literally felt years of pent up trauma being released from my body. Within a month I felt like a different person, and within 2 months I was pregnant. Of course I can’t say that reflexology was entirely responsible for that, but my goodness did it do some magic on both my body and mind.
